Your Right as a Customer

In accordance with the Egyptian Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of receiving your order, provided the conditions below are met.

General Conditions

To ensure fairness and hygiene for everyone:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Original packaging, tags, and invoice must be included
  • Any sign of use, damage, or alteration may void eligibility

For hygiene reasons:

  • Earrings are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless there is a manufacturing defect

Exchange Policy

We’re always happy to help you find what truly feels right.

  • One exchange is allowed per order
  • Exchanges are subject to item availability
  • If the requested item is unavailable, we will offer:
    • A suitable alternative, or
    • Store credit valid for future purchases
  • Shipping costs are not refundable

Return Policy

If you decide NOA isn’t the right fit this time:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days
  • You may choose between:
    • A refund (excluding shipping fees), or
    • Store credit
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item

Manufacturing Defects

If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund after inspection
  • In this case, NOA will fully support you — because quality is non-negotiable for us

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty:

  • Customized, engraved, or specially made pieces
  • VIP or personalized designs
  • Sale or promotional items
