Return & Exchange Policy

 
General Guidelines:
  • You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
 
Exchange Policy:
  • One-time exchange allowed per order.
  • Exchanges are free of charge (excluding shipping costs).
  • If the item requested for exchange is unavailable, we’ll offer a store credit or alternative options.
 
Return Policy:
  • Returns are accepted within 7 days for a full refund or store credit, excluding shipping fees.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
 
Non-Returnable Items:
  • Customized, engraved, or modified VIP items (unless faulty).
  • Sale or promotional items (unless defective).
